FAFSA
All students entering college next fall will want to complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Students cannot file the FAFSA until after January 1. Students must complete the FAFSA to be eligible for any type of aid, including grants, work study, loans, etc. The official website to complete the FAFSA is:

Free FAFSA help is available at Education Quest. Education Quest offers many free services to students and parents. They will assist you in filing the FAFSA online at no cost. Education Quest is located in the Rockbrook Village in Omaha. Call (402) 391-4033 to make an appointment.

Free FAFSA help will also be available in Council Bluffs. Iowa College Goal Sunday will be in Council Bluffs on Saturday, February from 9:00 a.m. to noon to help students and families to file the FAFSA. There is no cost for assistance and no appointment is necessary. Check out their website: www.IowaCGS.org for more information.
