Christina exemplifies the characteristics of a successful educator.  She is passionate about student success, an enthusiastic learner by nature, and an extremely hard worker dedicated to developing perpetually growing students. In her sixteen years of service at LCHS, she has demonstrated constant professionalism and genuine care for the success of others - students and adults alike. These characteristics aided her in being an effective teacher in the classroom, helping countless students to be successful, and believing in them, even when they didn’t believe in themselves.

In recent years her influence at Lewis Central has grown exponentially.  As an Instructional Coach she taken her talents out of classroom isolation to mentor and coach other teachers, individually and in groups. Her work has been instrumental in helping to improve their instruction and, more importantly, the learning and success of their students.  Christina's core values have not changed. She is still passionate about learning and student success, but now she is not only passing that along to students, but having a greater impact by helping other teachers to improve their craft. Mrs. Woodward exemplifies the phrase “life long learner” and is the definition of excellence in the classroom.  Her standard always leads with student needs and learning first.

We are blessed to call Mrs. Woodward a Titan, and she is truly deserving of the recognition given to her today.
