Are you captivated by the prospect of a career involving animals or conservation efforts? Lewis Central High School is proud to announce the continuation of its partnership with the Zoo Academy at Omaha's renowned Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium. Now in its fifth year, this remarkable program offers a unique half-day opportunity for students in their Junior and Senior years who are passionate about veterinary medicine, conservation, or animal care.
Students must be on track to graduate to be eligible. An informative student meeting is scheduled for November 15 for those interested in learning more and potentially applying for this exceptional program. The 2024 Craft Fair will be this Saturday from 9-3 at the high school. Admission is $3, over 120 vendors selling all kinds of items.
Tickets are now available for The Outsiders, presented by Lewis Central theatre. The shows are Saturday November 9th at 7 and Sunday November 10th at 2:00 PM. Tickets are $4 for students and $6 for adults. Tickets are available through Bound and can be bought in advance or at the door, but all tickets are bought online, no cash tickets.
